Order & Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. To confirm availability for your location, please refer to the country list during checkout. We provide free shipping to all countries and regions that we serve.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
To track your package, go to our order tracking page and enter your order number and email address.
Return & Refund
We provide a 14-day window for returns to ensure you are satisfied with your timepiece. Please note that while we accept returns for any reason, the costs of return freight and any applicable taxes/duties are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. We encourage a thorough review of your selection prior to completing your purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

After-Sale Service
Warranty Period: 1 Year from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered: Free repairs for movement or manufacturing defects. We cover all shipping fees for valid warranty repairs.
What’s Not Covered: Damage due to impact, chemicals, or misuse (e.g., cracked glass, damaged straps, or broken crowns). These repairs will incur a service fee.
