Shipping Policy
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the delivery timeframes we advertise, please enter your address accurately and include all relevant and required information. Timely delivery depends on the correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, and building/apartment or unit numbers, as well as any applicable route information.
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, misplaced, or delivered incorrectly when the address information provided at the time of purchase is inaccurate or entered incorrectly.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. Upon arrival in the destination country, the contents of your order may be subject to customs-related charges, such as taxes, duties, processing fees, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Sea-Gull Watch Boutique cannot be held liable for any customs charges assessed on your order. Such charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country. The total displayed at checkout does not include taxes, customs charges, and you may be required to pay them directly to the courier upon delivery.
For additional information regarding customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
** Please note that shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period that is separate from shipping transit time. Processing time begins once your order is received and continues until it is picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
Processing timelines may vary based on several factors. For most customers, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
After your payment is authorized and verified, the estimated processing times are as follows:
- Standard: up to 10 business days
- Expedited: up to 5 business days
These estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Please note that delivery to your destination may take 7–14 business days from the shipment date, not necessarily from the date the order is placed. Transit time varies depending on the selected shipping method and the final delivery location.
Once your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information.
Carriers & Service Levels
- Standard orders are shipped via E-Express.
- For high-value purchases or remote destinations, we upgrade to UPS or DHL to ensure maximum efficiency and security.
- We select the most appropriate carrier based on order value and delivery distance.
High-Value Orders (HKD 8,000+)
Orders valued at HKD 8,000 and above will be dispatched automatically via UPS or DHL.
In regions where E-Express is not available, we will either:
- ship via UPS/DHL at our discretion, or
- process a full refund.
Optional UPS/DHL Delivery (Under HKD 8,000)
For orders valued below HKD 8,000, customers may request delivery via UPS/DHL. Any additional shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders. Any final shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping on all orders. Shipping fees may be charged if you make additional requests for specific shipping methods or upgrades. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you refuse a shipment from seagullwatch.hk, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any store credit or refund issued.
Delivery Policy
If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reshipment.
seagullwatch.hk does not guarantee liability for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. All cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Delivery Claims
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to resolve, depending on the shipping carrier used.
seagullwatch.hk does not retain or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not provide refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) are out of stock, we will ship the remaining in-stock items and issue a refund to your original payment method for the item(s) that are not available.

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, seagullwatch.hk reserves the right to require the use of a “common” shipping and billing address if we are unable to process an order or cannot verify the shipping address provided.
In addition, seagullwatch.hk may determine, limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders at any time due to concerns including, but not limited to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history that may indicate “wardrobing”
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
Similarly, seagullwatch.hk reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) for any customer or entity where similar concerns apply.
