Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it (unworn and unused)
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
** Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Start a Return

Please note that returns must be shipped to:
[Shop 38, Tsim Sha Tsui Mansion, 83-97 Nathan Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong]
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent to us without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@seagullwatch.hk so we can review and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is to:
- Return the item you currently have, and
- Once your return is approved, place a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union (EU) 14 day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may cancel your order or return the merchandise within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
As with standard returns, the item must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with receipt/proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
